A Statement from the Co-Founder of SalesPype
November 7, 2025 – It is with a heavy heart that I share some very difficult news. After much
consideration, I have made the decision to shut down SalesPype.
As many of you know, over the past week we’ve experienced major system outages that have
severely impacted access to the platform. These issues were caused by conflicts from recent
server updates that brought down several core applications within SalesPype. Despite our best
efforts, we have not been able to get the system back online.
Unfortunately, these outages are just one symptom of much larger challenges within the
company. Building and maintaining a CRM and automation platform is an enormous and
complex undertaking that comes with significant financial and operational costs. Since day one,
SalesPype has been a completely bootstrapped operation. Over the past seven years, I’ve personally
invested close to $2,000,000 and countless hours into building this product. Every dollar made
has been reinvested.
Sadly, the funding needed to take SalesPype to the next level simply doesn’t exist. We’ve explored
every possible path, including seeking venture capital, but have been unable to secure the
investment necessary to sustain or scale the platform. At this point, I can no longer fund
operations on my own, which makes it impossible to continue maintaining the infrastructure and
development required to keep SalesPype running reliably.
Access to Your Data
One of the biggest concerns I know many of you have is access to your data inside the CRM. I
want to be completely transparent — right now, I do not personally have access to the platform,
our servers, or the source code. I’m fully dependent on our developers, and I’m working closely
with them to try to restore the system just long enough for users to log in and retrieve their data.
While this remains my top priority, I cannot make any promises that we’ll be able to bring the
platform back online.
Billing and Payments
Because the system is currently inaccessible, I cannot close accounts or disable billing through
the normal administrative tools. However, I am actively working with our payment processor to
stop future charges moving forward.
If, for any reason, you do see a future charge from SalesPype after this announcement, please reach
out to me directly at jeff@salespype.com. I will personally investigate any billing issues and
issue refunds for any charges that should not have occurred.
Please know that I am doing everything in my power to handle this transition responsibly and
fairly for all users.
System Alternatives
Now that SalesPype is shutting down, I know many of you will be looking for an alternative CRM to
continue managing your business. There are a number of great platforms available, but my
personal recommendation would be Go High Level.
High Level has been our biggest competitor for years, and what their team has accomplished in
such a short period of time has been extraordinary. They offer a wide range of tools — including
CRM management, marketing automation, texting, pipelines, AI, and more — and have built an
impressive community of users and support resources around their platform.
High Level offers two main ways to get started with their system:
Option 1 is to sign up directly through Go High Level and build out your own system from
scratch. This approach provides full control, but it can be challenging if you don’t have the time
or technical background to configure everything yourself. Sign up for a 14-day Free Trial
Option 2 is to join a white-labeled version of High Level, which I plan to offer in the coming
days. My goal is to recreate much of the SalesPype setup you’re already familiar with, making the
transition as seamless as possible. If you choose this route, you’ll also have access to a
dedicated High Level support team that can provide 24/7 assistance to help with setup, training,
and troubleshooting. For more info on this option simply reach out to me.
While I wish SalesPype could have continued to serve you, I truly believe Go High Level is a strong
alternative that can meet your needs and help your business continue to thrive.
If you don’t think High Level is the best fit for you, feel free to reach out and I’ll do my best to
suggest other alternatives based on your needs.

retrieval can be restored and provide any additional instructions you may need. In the
