Can subusers pay for their own usage?

No. All billing is handled by the main admin or parent that first created your SalesPype account. Credits that are purchased are shared amongst all team members.

What’s the difference between an admin and an agent?

An admin can see everyone’s leads whereas an agent can only see their own.

GEOFARMING

 

Can the geofarming, find new leads, circle propsecting feature find business or commercial data?

At this time the geofarming tool is only able to find residential data on homeowners and renters. It is on our wish list to add commercial data down the road. If we launch that feature we’ll be sure to update you!

The geofarming feature only works in the United States.

How do I add a subuser, employee, or new team member to my SalesPype plan?

To add additional users to your plan click your profile image at the top right of the screen when logged in. From there select the option that says “My Team.”

You’ll be able to add and manage all your users from this page.

A2P 10DLC REGISTRATION

 

I registered for A2P 10DLC on another platform, do I have to register in SalesPype?

Yes. Unfortunately, the phone companies will not transfer your registration from one platform to another. Any time you switch platforms you’ll be required to register again.

 

What if I don’t have an EIN number? How do I register for A2P 10DLC?

When you register for 10DLC you can either register with an EIN number or you can register as a sole proprietor. Keep in mind that if you register as a sole proprietor the phone companies will only allow you to purchase 1 phone number and you won’t be able to add additional team members to your plan.



Can you help me with my 10DLC registration?

Sure. As long as we have permission we can actually submit the registration on your behalf. We just need to learn more about your business so we can answer the registrations accurately.



PHONE SYSTEM

 

Can I use my own number inside SalesPype?

You will need to choose a new number from inside our platform. You’ll simply enter your desired area code and we’ll present you with a list of numbers to choose from. We do not currently have the ability to port your existing numbers into SalesPype. If this changes in the future we’ll be sure to let you know.



Can I port my existing phone numbers into SalesPype?

Porting phone numbers into SalesPype is not an option that is currently available. If things change we’ll be sure to let you know.



Can I have more than 1 phone number in your system?

You can purchase as many phone numbers as you like inside your SalesPype account. Each phone number is charged at a rate of $1/month.

 

I can’t make phone calls

Your browser requires you to give SalesPype permission to use your microphone. Head to your browser settings and make sure SalesPype has permission.

My phone numbers are showing up as spam likely on the caller id. How do I fix this?

In order to fix this issue you’ll need to complete a process called Shaken/Stir, CNAM registration. This process allows you to register your numbers with your business resulting in a higher trust score with the phone companies. You can complete this process by clicking Settings on the left sidebar > Scroll down to Phone Settings and click Virtual Numbers.  On the screen that follows you’ll see a column title Shaken/Stir CNAM. In this column you’ll see a big blue button next to your virtual number(s). Click that button to register your number(s). If you get stuck just let us know.

 

Do I need my own Twilio account?

No. We have our own phone and texting system built into SalesPype.



Do you have a power dialer?

Yes. Our power dialer is one of our most popular features. You have the option to dial up to 10 lines at once. 

 

How does the power dialer work?

Our multi-line power dialer allows you to create a list of contacts you’d like to dial through. Once you’ve created your list, you’ll choose how many lines you want to dial to at once, what’s happening with those who don’t answer, and you can even create a script to follow when you’re on the phone.

 

What happens if someone calls back my virtual number?

You can choose to answer calls made to your virtual number(s) inside SalesPype or you can have them forwarded to any number you want. To adjust your settings click Settings on the left menu > Then scroll down to Phone Settings > Then click Virtual Numbers.

 

From this screen you’ll be able to configure your phone settings for each virtual number.

Can I make phone calls on the mobile app?

Yes. Our mobile app allows both incoming and outgoing phone calls.

 

Can I use the power dialer on the mobile app?

No. The power dialer feature is not available on the mobile app. This feature has to be used on the desktop version of our software.

 

Does geofarming work on the mobile app?

No. This feature is not available on the mobile app.

I can’t login to my white label?

You are likely logging into a URL ending in .com/user/login. You will want to log into that URL ending in .com/agency/login

How many users can I have on my white label?

The white label allows you to add unlimited users.

 

Is the geofarming feature included with a white label?

No. The geofarming is an optional add-on feature. There is an additional cost to add this feature to your white label.

 

Do I need my own Twilio account for the white label?

No. We have our own internal phone system called “Quick Connect.” You will tap into this system rather than connecting your own Twilio account.

 

What is Slybroadcast?

Slybroadcast is the vendor we use behind the scenes to deliver ringless voicemails.

 

When people are signing up for my CRM, there aren’t any packages for them to pick from.

You have two different sign-up links. One is for plans with a trial (.com/trial/get-started) and one is for plans without a trial (.com/paid/get-started). Any plans that do NOT offer a trial will ONLY be listed under the paid link. Any plans that DO offer a trial will ONLY be listed under the trial link.

 

You can find the sign up links on the dashboard of your admin panel.




CONTACTS

 

What happens if I mark a contact as inactive?

If you mark a contact as inactive they will no longer appear on your master contact list unless/until you add them back manually. When you mark a contact as inactive they will automatically be removed from all campaigns.

 

Can you send me the template on how to format my CSV file?

There is no specific format that your file has to be in. The most important thing is that the file you are uploading is a .csv file. You cannot upload Google sheets or excel files. 

 

Once you upload your file our system will prompt you to map the fields from your document to the appropriate fields in SalesPype. 

 

Keep in mind that in order to upload a contact you will need to have either a phone number or an email address, but not necessarily both.

What happens if a message is scheduled to be sent at 2am?

To avoid a situation like this you’ll want to set up your “Cutoff Hours.” To set this up click Settings on the left menu > Then scroll down to Cut Off Time. From here you’ll be able to select the specific windows of time you want your messages going out.

Do you have any pre-built campaigns?

Yes. We have pre-built campaigns for a variety of industries that you can use.

 

What happens if I put someone without an email address in a campaign with an email?

The email will be skipped for that contact if they don’t have an email address.

 

What happens if I put someone without a phone number on a campaign with a text message?

The text will be skipped for that contact if they don’t have a phone number.

 

Can I stop messages from being sent on the weekend?

Yes. If you head to Settings > then Cut Off Time you’ll be able to set up your cut off hours. You’ll also be able to choose if you want messages sent on Saturdays or Sundays.

Do I have to include an opt out message on my texts?

 

What happens when a contact replies back to a text with STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE?

If a contact replies back with those keywords they will be automatically opted out of receiving any further automated texts.

 

Why did my texts fail?

You can take a look at your campaign, open up the text, click the ‘failed’ icon and we will show you the reasoning for the failures. If you have not yet registered and BEEN APPROVED for your A2P 10DLC campaign registration, your texts will not send.




RINGLESS VOICEMAILS

 

What is a ringless voicemail?

Ringless voicemail drops (RVMs) or voicemail drop is a tool used to leave a personalized voicemail message directly to the recipient’s voicemail-box. Using our platform, we are able to take your prerecorded message and insert it into your recipient’s voicemail-box.

Does the phone ring at all when you send a ringless voicemail?

 

My ringless voicemail didn’t send. Why would this happen?

 

Am I charged for ringless voicemails that don’t get delivered?

No. If we aren’t able to deliver a ringless voicemail you won’t be charged.

 

Do ringless voicemails work on landlines?

In order for a ringless voicemail to be delivered to a landline the landline must have a voicemail setup and provided by their service provider. If they don’t have voicemail it won’t work. 

 

If a landline has a PBX system (ex. Hit “1” for Sales, “2’ for Service, etc)  we will not be able to deliver a ringless voicemail.

 

For best results we recommend removing landlines and only sending ringless vmails to mobile numbers.

 

What shows up on the caller id when I send a ringless voicemail?

Ringless voicemail technology is legal. However, ringless voicemail, like any other telecommunication service, is regulated. The same regulations that apply to voice calls and text messaging, also apply to ringless voicemail.

Why did my ringless voicemail fail?

You can take a look at your campaign, open up the voicemail, click the ‘failed’ icon and we will show you reasoning for failures. With voicemails, please keep in mind that they will not be delivered to voicemail boxes that are full, directory mailboxes (‘press 1 for…’), mailboxes that are not set up, and numbers that do not have a voicemail box at all (some landlines).

What is a quick clone?

A quick clone is a copy or clone of the templates you’ve created in your account (campaigns, triggers, forms, pipelines, custom fields, quick replies, etc.). You can easily assign the clone to a subuser so they are starting their account with your exact setup. Utilizing quick clones will save you a ton of time when adding new users.

Can you build landing pages inside SalesPype?

Absolutely! You can build landing pages, funnels, and even complete websites using our click and drag page builder.




FREE TRIAL

 

How do I upgrade my free trial to a paid plan?

At the top right of your screen you’ll see a small circle with a dollar amount in it. This represents “system credits.” If you click this it will take you to our billing page and you’ll be able to immediately upgrade to a paid plan. If you get stuck just let us know and we’ll help you out!

 

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. We offer a free 14-day trial of SalesPype. 

 

Do you offer a free trial on the white label program?

No. There is a lot of work that goes into setting up a white label so it isn’t suited for a trial. If you’re interested in our white label program we’d recommend signing up for a free trial of our retail version of SalesPype. This will give you the ability to test out our platform before purchasing a white label.
